iFulton County Annual Notice of Assessment

  • The June 2023 assessments mailed by Fulton County are an estimation of county and city taxes.
  • The assessments are based upon the 100% appraised values and 40% assessed values of the property.
  • Fulton County is responsible for the assessment of all property within the county. Hapeville does not conduct separate assessments or valuations.  
  • The City of Hapeville taxes have not been calculated- the estimates provided by Fulton County were based upon 2022 millage rates and are subject to change for 2023 tax billing. 
  • The city of Hapeville's millage rate will not be determined until September 2023. The City of Hapeville 2023 taxes will not be calculated until September 2023. 
  • You have the right to dispute or appeal the appraised value of your home. Please appeal with Fulton County before July 24, 2023.

Hapeville Property Tax Information

2023 Property Taxes - Property Taxes are due Wednesday, November 29, 2023. On Thursday, November 30, 2023, interest will automatically be charged for all unpaid tax obligations. On Thursday, December 14,2023, penalty fees will  accrue on delinquent accounts.
