3. How Do I Apply for an Alcohol Beverage License in Hapeville?

In order to apply for an alcohol beverage license in the City of Hapeville, you must complete and submit an Alcohol Beverage License application (located on the City Clerk's page) and submit all requested supplemental material. Contact the City Clerk at 404-766-3004 or email at cepps@hapeville.org to schedule an in-person appointment to submit your completed paperwork.

NOTE: New Establishments must first obtain an Occupational Tax Certificate (Business License) from the City of Hapeville. If your business is already established, correct any outstanding code violations prior to applying.

4. Does the City Have an Opportunity Zone?

Yes. In May 2011, the City of Hapeville was awarded Opportunity Zone Designation in several commercial corridors/subareas. Eligible businesses located within the designated areas are consequently able take advantage of A Tier 1 Job Tax Credit Designation which carries dramatic tax advantages.
