Group Insurance Program
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are offered for all full-time employees and their families. 
The City provides long-term disability and life insurance, in the amount equal to 1X the annual salary, at no cost to the employee.

Optional Insurance Program
A variety of optional insurance coverage including short-term disability, supplemental employee and dependent life insurance, and Aflac are available at group rates.

Retirement Plan
Regular full time employees are enrolled in the City's Retirement Program at time of employment. Costs associated with the program are fully funded by the City.  Information regarding vesting, retirement eligibility and worksheets for calculating a monthly retirement benefit can be found in the Retirement Handbook.

457 Investment Options
Regular full time employees are eligible to invest in either Roth or Regular 457 accounts.  No vesting period or minimum required. 

Vacation Leave
Paid vacation leave is available to all full-time employees.  Employees earn vacation leave based upon their tenure with the City.  

Sick Leave
All full-time employees earn ten (12) days of paid sick leave each year.

The City celebrates the following holidays as paid time off for full-time employees:
