Overview
Any regular, full-time employee, who has been dismissed, suspended, demoted, or otherwise disciplined for cause, and he suffers any loss in salary (including benefits), grade, or classification, shall have the right to appeal such action to the Personnel Board.
Meetings
The Personnel Board meets on an as-needed basis. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will be held in the Municipal Courtroom located at 700 Doug Davis Drive.
