Activities begin in the Jess Lucas Park at 5:30 p.m. with activities for children, visits with Santa, and performances from the Hapeville Recreation programs! (NOTE: if it rains the Santa visits will be in the Depot Museum). A Community Thanksgiving Service is then held at the Hapeville United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Immediately following the service, at approximately 8 p.m., please join us in the Jess Lucas Park (NOTE: this part of the event is outdoors rain or shine!) for caroling, hot cocoa, and the lighting of the tree with Mayor Alan Hallman and Santa!
