Effective July 1, 2010 the City of Atlanta will issue a 12.5% increase in the wholesale water rates they charge the City of Hapeville. In turn, the City of Hapeville will have to adjust the rates that we charge our customers. The current rate of $ 2.93 per hundred cubic feet will increase will increase to $ 3.30 per hundred cubic feet. A complete rate sheet will be available at City Hall.
