The City of Hapeville Development Authority is actively pursuing several initiatives all focused on its mission of sound growth and development for the City. These initiatives range from community investments such as offering a Façade Grant Program (PDF) to Hapeville business owners interested in investing in their business and improving our City's building inventory; to offering assistance to developers in future development planning and land assemblage opportunities.
