Community Stay in Shape 

Join Community Stay in Shape, our walking or jogging program at the Hoyt Smith Center. The center will open from 9:30 am to 10 am Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays to offer safe, weather free walking for registered residents.

Yoga is offered Monday & Thursday mornings from 11 am until 12 noon.  Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation, and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.  The cost is only $5 per class.  

Zumba/ Line Dance

Line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows without regard for the gender of the individuals, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time.  Join this fun and exciting class Monday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.  Cost is

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is an easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It’s an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! Zumba Gold classes provide active older adults as well as beginners who are looking for a modified Zumba class, a chance to engage in a class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  Join this class every Wednesday at 10 am.  Cost is $2 per class or FREE with Silversneakers!
